Lil Wayne Pleads Guilty to Gun Possession

Thursday October 22, 2009

lil wayne Lil Wayne entered a guilty plea to felony gun possession in a New York courthouse this morning, according to MTV News reports. Wayne is facing a possible one-year jail sentence under the terms of his plea deal.

He previously entered a not guilty plea to that charges that carry at a minimum of 3 1/2 years in prison upon conviction. The case stems from a charge Wayne caught in 2007 when police found a gun on his tour bus in Manhattan.

Lil Wayne's legal problems are far from over. He's scheduled for trial in Arizona on felony drug possession and weapons charges that stemmed from a 2008 arrest at a US Border Patrol checkpoint. He has pleaded not guilty in that case.

If weezy gets put away for a few years that’ll spare us his incessant garbling on every guest verse for a while.

This just shows how much the US Constitution has been gutted by the Left. The fact that a person can go to jail for exercizing his Second Amendment rights is scary. Under the Constitution, no government has the authority to forbid any of us from possessing a weapon.

We need right-thinking people to get on every jury and refuse to uphold these unconstitutional gun laws. Little Wayne is soon to be another political prisoner incarcerated to further the liberal agenda.

Dayana Martinez, just because something was in the constitution doesn’t mean it’s right. Laws change over time as society progresses, your blind ignorance to what is safe is completely dumbfounding. By your logic everyone should be able to carry guns and that makes for a safer country?

Easily more frustrating than Free Lil’ Wayne shirts. Also this is a hip-hop blog so don’t bring that bullsh*t here.
