Suge Knight Sues Kanye West for Lost Earring

Erstwhile rap mogul Suge Knight is in dire need of a new stream of income, so he's resorting to desperate measures. Suge has sued Kanye West, according to TMZ, to recoup losses he incurred at an MTV Awards party hosted by Kanye.
Suge Knight claims that Kanye owes him compensation for medical bills, transport and -- here's the funniest part -- "damages for the loss of use and enjoyment" of a 15-carat diamond stud earring as a result of the attack. He claims that the earring is valued at $135,000 no less.
Kanye has not commented on the lawsuit, but I'm sure he'll agree that it's the most ridiculous suits ever. I'll be really surprised if this case doesn't get laughed out of the courtroom. Photo © Alberto E. Rodriguez/Getty Images

haha this is really funny. however, to his defense, the damages for loss of use & enjoyment of property is simply legal jargon for trespass of property, which you can claim (weakly) in this case. so, while that sounds really stupid, it is just how his lawyer is claiming the suit. suge is garbage now, however.
