Kanye West Nominated for 5 VMAs, 50 Cent Left Out

The real race this year is between Justin Timberlake and Beyonce, each with seven nominations, but Kanye West held it down for hip-hop with a whopping 5 nominations. Kanye's "Stronger" was nominated for Video of the Year and Best Editing in a Video. He's also up against T.I. for Male Artist of the Year and Jay-Z for Quadruple Threat of the Year.
Unfortunately for fans of G-Unit, 50 Cent was completely shut out of the awards this year.
