Lupe Fiasco Named GQ's Breakout Man of the Year

Hip-hop whiz kid Lupe Fiasco has been named one of GQ Magazine's "Men of the Year 2006." Lupe clinched the "Breakout" title on the annual ranking. The 25-year old rapper, who dropped his debut album Lupe Fiasco's Food & Liquor back in September, joins a star-studded honors roll which includes Jay-Z, Leonardo DiCaprio, and Al Gore.
Earlier this month, Lupe snatched the No.1 spot on our Rappers to Watch in 2007 list.

I Love Lupe he is such a breath of fresh air. I would by his CD again and again. I have seen him concert twice and enjoyed each time.
Yeah he is a breath of fresh air. We definatley need more rappers like him in the game.
Lupe has the best CD so far this year, and yes that includes Jigga! There is going to be some great stuff dropping in December though…
