Review: Mobb Deep - Blood Money

Saturday May 6, 2006
As someone who was always ooh-ing and ahh-ing Prodigy's memorable one-liners and Havoc's stunning soundscapes during Mobb Deep's early days, I'm struck by the fact that P has officially lost it. Havoc has stepped up his game, but is that enough to get the job 'dunn'? The #1 question on everyone's mind, however, is "how has the G-Unit brand affected the Mobb sound?" Well, the answer is not as simple as it seems. Read the Blood Money review to find out, and then rate it yourself.

All of this G unit player hating sh*t needs to stop. Blood Money is the sh*t and
G unit can’t be stopped. Stop hating on another black person who makes something of themselves. It makes you look like pathetic. If you don’t love yourself, how can someone else love you? G unit, stay up!

As much as we all hate to admit it, this wasn’t their best effort.

gggggggG-Unit
the understanding should be that g-unit is involved in vsrious business endeavors including the distribution of music and videos, yet being at the top of the game, there is more business that passes in a term than anyone knows to keep g-unit the freshest, and we ain’t in the industry, we’re big gamers…rheajeanG-unit peace to the mofo who sells peanuts down times square

Ive been a Mobb fan since the infamous, go buy HNIC (prodigy’s solo cd) his lyrics are off the hook just the beats are somewhat off. Prodigy lost his roots. Blood money is already just sitting on the bottom of all the other mobb deep cd’s I own. Americas nightmare in my opinion was alot better. MOBB is Dunn. Lets just thank Hav and P for everything prior to HNIC. Mobb has left the building.
