4. Gnarls Barkley - Smiley Faces
Arguably the most outstanding song on St. Elsewhere, "Smiley Faces" is one of only three songs on the album that's neither sample-based nor a remake of an older song. "Crazy," the other popular hit, borrows from Gianfranco Reverberi's "Nel Cimitero Di Tucson," while "Gone Daddy Gone" is an adaptation of Violent Femme's original rendition.

Beyonce was recently slapped with a $1.5 million lawsuit for breach of contract. According to WCBS Radio, the claim comes from her former business associate, Icon Entertainment.

With one month left for his Food & Liquor debut to drop, several Lupe Fiasco tracks have surfaced on the internet. A Jill Scott collaboration titled "Daydream" and a Neptunes-produced song "I Gotcha" have all been making rounds on the net lately.

According to Eurweb.com, DMX's "Soul of a Man" reality show on BET and r & b singer Keyshia Cole's "The Way It Is" have helped bump BET's national ratings. Looks like the Lord finally gave X a sign.

Despite the corny dance moves in the "Get Up" video, Ciara does a good job of spicing up the summer with her latest jingle. The song's uptempo vibe ensures that it'll get generous spins in clubs everywhere.
9. Lil Jon ft. E-40 and Sean Paul - Snap Yo Fingers
Already nominated for Choice Rap Track at the 2006 Teen Choice Awards, "Snap Yo Fingers" is the first single from Lil Jon's solo album Crunk Rock. The album is slated for an October 10th, 2006 release.
