March ushers in a vast array of exciting new releases, including Slim Thug's eternally delayed sophomore LP and MF Doom's long awaited comeback album. Here's a countdown of the month's top rap releases.
10. Rapper Big Pooh - Delightful Bars
Big Pooh, one half of the dynamic duo Little Brother, is back with a follow-up to 2005's Sleepers LP. Big Pooh's taking an innovative approach to Delightful Bars, due March 24th. There will be four different versions of the album made available, including a special iTunes only version (Candy Apple version), and the North American retail version of Delightful Bars (referred to as the North American Pie version) will be released on 5-5-09. Delightful Bars lead-single is the Khrysis produced "The Comeback."
9. Aceyalone - Aceyalone & The Lonely Ones
On The Lonely Ones, Aceyalone pays tribute to Motown and doo-wop, churning lyrics about civil rights, bright lights, and hot skirts. Spin Magazine dubs Aceyalone's 9th outing "one of the year¹s most unexpected hip-hop pleasures."

8. A-Trak - Infinity
A-Trak has made quite a name for himself, while deejaying for Kanye West. Now he's ready to step out and launch his own solo career, with the arrival of Infinity. Check out the downloadable teaser mix for a taste of the celeb spinner's concoction.
7. Saigon - 'All in A Day's Work'
Saigon and Statik Selektah teamed up and recorded an entire album in just one day. Hence the title, All in A Day's Work. The album, which was produced entirely by Statik Selektah, arrives via the fast rising new media outlet Amalgalm Digital.

6. Capone-N-Noreaga - Channel 10
Capone-N-Noreaga are way past due for another album, having been in the rap game for about 12 years. The New York natives briefly set aside their numerous solo endeavors and all the previous drama to release their 3rd full-length, Channel 10.

5. Stoupe (of Jedi Mind Tricks) - 'Decalogue'
After a decade of underground dominance, Jedi Mind Tricks producer Stoupe steps out on his own with "Decalogue," his long-awaited album. Stoupe teams up with revered indie emcees like Saigon, Joell Ortiz, Jus Allah, Block McCloud, and more. The lead single from Decalogue is "Transition of Power," featuring M.O.P. Now. 4. Brother Ali - 'The Truth Is Here' EP
After pouring his heart and soul out on The Undisputed Truth, Brother Ali returns to update us on his personal journey. Since the last time we heard from the Minnesota wordsmith, he's gone from obscurity to centerstage, as you'll hear throughout The Truth Is Here. The 9-song EP is a prelude to Ali's upcoming 3rd LP, tentatively titled The Street Preacher.

3. Slim Thug - 'Boss of All Bosses'
Slim Thug is well respected by his peers and fans alike. That's also because he's business savvy -— mixtapes released on his own Boss Hogg Outlawz label circulated throughout the Houston region. Slim's not-so-prophetic debut album, Already Platinum, dropped in 2005, while his group the Boss Hogg Outlawz released Serve & Collect and Serve & Collect 2 consecutively on KOCH Records. Now Slim is back on Koch to release his long overdue sophomore effort, Boss Of All Bosses.

2. DOOM (MF Doom) - Born Like This
DOOM (formerly MF Doom) has been watching the rap game from the sidelines for a while. Now that he's seen enough, Doom is ready to reinject his unique brand of hip-hop into the game. Born Like This features beats from two producers who are out of reach for most MCs: Jake One and J Dilla.
