Talib Kweli is a SXSW regular. The NY lyricist is hoping to create a movement with his Blacksmith Music group, which includes Jean Grae and Strong Arm Steady. With his third solo LP, Ear Drum ,Kweli gave us one of the best rap albums of 2007.
