Mikhail Prokhorov is a man of many passions -- politics (he ran for president in Russia), women (he's known for being surrounded by eye candy), success (duh, he owns the Brooklyn nets). But there's one thing the 47-year-old won't be attempting anytime soon -- rapping alongside Jay-Z.
Prokhorov recently explained to DETAILS magazine that, though he respects hip-hop, he's not particularly a fan of the genre. "I respect rap greatly but don't consider myself a fan," says the Russian billionaire.
Fan or not, Prokhorov isn't afraid to dabble every now and then. He once rapped on Russian television. "Mikhail Prokhorov on the microphone/I am the real Russian Eminem," he rapped.
About that performance, he says: "It was a complete surprise when I was asked to rap. But when I set myself to something, I always achieve great heights. So I don't think it would be fair to rap with Jay. I could cause irreparable damage to his professional career."
No kidding.
