A New York designer is suing Jay-Z over the Roc-A-Fella logo, reports the the New York Daily News. Designer Dwayne Walker is seeking $7 million in unpaid royalties from Jay and his former business partners at Roc-A-Fella.
"The logo has become universally recognized as an iconic symbol of Jay-Z, one of the most successful recording artists in the history of popular music," the suit says.
Walker, who supposedly made the logo in 1995, claims that Roc-A-Fella owes him for his work.
