Mother of God. These two definitely know how to get people talking. Have you seen the video for Lana Del Rey's "National Anthem"? It starts with LDR singing "Happy Birthday, Mr. President." Mr. President is...yep...A$AP Rocky. LDR plays his wifey.
This isn't your grandma's presidential couple. This president one puffs cigar and rocks gold grills. They gamble, party, play with their kids, and cavort sexually, but not necessarily in that order. JFK was an unconventional president and this is an unconventional video. It's a new age love story of sorts, but Rocky thinks most people will miss the point.
Maybe that's the point.
"People are going to get in three years, and that's the whole purpose of it," he told MTV. So go ahead and watch the video (below), then watch it again in 2015 and see if you get it. Hehe.
