It's been three weeks since J. Cole's Roc Nation debut arrived, but it's still pretty much a Cole World out there. The 26-year old rapper lays claim to the best-selling rap album in the country for the third consecutive week. Cole World slipped six spots from #5 to #11 this week after selling 32,000 units to bring Cole's overall sales figures to 336,000. See who else is making big strides in this week's chart report below. Sales-to-date numbers in are in parentheses.

I will admit, I slept on J Cole’s album. Maybe it was all the hype he was getting. I did in fact feel it was an album that I probably wouldn’t want to hear. I listened to it for the first time last week, and was impressed. I actually listened to it twice back to back. I can’t remember the last time I did that with an album. It’s pretty solid. With maturity I think J Cole can be a solid player in Hip Hop. I really like ‘Nothing Last’s forever” and “Lost Ones.” The kid has potential.
Nothing Last Forever is not on the album. It was on a bootleg copy that leaked before the official release. Please go “buy” the album people! Support good music!!
this was a pretty good album I would suggest coppin it. Wit where hiphop is headed these days the definitely sits above the rim.
I’d rather support those who need it, who’s music I have enjoyed than those who have moved ~300,000 copies.
My cop list in the near future:
Phonte’s album
Statik Selektah
Torae
How is Nicki Minaj’s album still on there? Thats like a year old now!
