A rapping soldier angry over his deployment to Iraq was jailed in the US for rap song that Army dubbed "threatening." The charges filed against Marc A. Hall, of South Carolina, on Dec. 17, claim his threats weren't just restricted to the song. The military said he also told soldiers he would "go on a rampage" and that he "was planning on shooting the brigade and battalion commanders." This can't end well.

Ugh, another story to drag hip-hop in the mud… I swear it’ll never clear it’s name at this rate.
he should have known the GOV knows everything especially what goin on around there bases. im in the military as well and I dont even joke about doin some sutff like that. It may blow over who knows but that soldier is gonna go through hell trying to clear his name
The military is simply overreacting because of Ft. Hood.
I listened to the song… and while the content is admirable.
The lyrical capability of the rapper…. leave…… much to be desired to put it nicely.
Looking into the issue more, this song is specifically about the controversial stop-loss policy practice that the military has. It effectively extends your military service whether you like it or not.
People are much more angry about the stop-loss policy than this song.
