Gimme the Loot: Dr. Dre Sues Author of Tell-All Book

Dr. Dre has filed a lawsuit against author and "friend" who published the tell-all book Rollin' With Dre: The Unauthorized Account: An Insider’s Tale of the Rise, Fall, and Rebirth of West Coast Hip Hop over an alleged loan the rap legend gave him. According to TMZ, Dre claimed in the suit that he loaned writer Bruce Williams $101,377.85 and alleged that he's yet to see any payment.

Published in March 2008, Rollin' With Dre details the struggles of Dr. Dre and other rapp ers, as well as struggles in the hip-hop industry, as well the internal operations of Death Row Records .
