Lil Wayne Dominates 2008 BET Hip-Hop Awards

When the 2008 BET Hip-Hop Awards airs on Thursday, Lil Wayne will be watching the show with a slew of trophies proudly displayed on his coffee table. Wayne bagged three top honors at the annual event, which was taped at the Boisfeuillet Jones Atlanta Civic Center on Saturday. Weezy won People's Champ and Lyricist of the Year. To cap it off, he bested Jay-Z and T.I. for the MVP award. All the winners will be announced when the award ceremony airs on October 23rd, at 8 p.m. ET. If you are from the uk and know about grime every person would say dizzee is a sellout if only makes music that will do goood in the charts. Dizzee Rascal doesn not want to be apart of grime music no more and doesnt like to be associated with other grime artists e.g wiley wants to forget there beef and do a major tour but dizzee wont because he is selfish and wants the glory for himself. Also if you listen to his latest album ‘maths + english’ you can tell he is no longer grime when you compare it to ‘boy in da corner’. Although I hate Dizzee Rascal, boy in da corner I still bang that cd most of the time. If you know kano was he was a sellout leaving everbody behind for the glory and he lost hiscontract so he came back to his roots and is make brilliant music again.
