T.I. Makes Billboard History with "Whatever You Like"

If you liked T.I.'s "Whatever You Like," you've got plenty of company. Apparently, the song is so popular that T.I. has now set a new Billboard record for the biggest leap to the top of the Billboard Hot 100, as "Whatever You Want" skyrocketed from No.71 to No.1 after just 3 weeks on the chart. Thanks to 205,000 digital downloads of the single, it opened at No.1 on the Hot Digital Songs chart.

T.I.'s impressive showing surpasses the 64 to 1 jump taken by Maroon 5's "Makes Me Wonder" on May 12, 2007. His first-week digital stats is the best by a rap song in the history of Nielsen SoundScan. T.I.'s new album, Paper Trail, is due out on Sept. 30.

T.i is one of the all time best. I’m really not suprised…its just like how he said in his song “No Matter What”…I’m prouud of him…KUDOS! ~*(^_^)*~
