Eminem Sued for Bathroom Fight

*Sigh* Another day, another celebrity lawsuit. This time, it's Eminem who's on the receiving end of a lawsuit filed by a man who claims the MC punched him in the bathroom of a Detroit strip club 2 years ago. Miad Jarbou, who filed the lawsuit in Oakland County Circuit Court, claims Eminem punched him on July 13, 2006 at Cheetah's On The Strip Gentlemen's Club. He's seeking more than $25,000 in damages.

Sounds like bull to me. Why would it take two years to file the lawsuit if there was $25k in damages? This just smells of the dude sitting around wondering how he’s going to pay the rent, and realizing “oh yea, Eminem punched me once.” and suing.
Unless Eminem’s punch caused some serious damage I can’t see the damages being worth $25k.
I’m betting this guy gets zero.
