Kidz in the Hall Record Rap Anthem for Obama's Campaign

Tuesday December 11, 2007

Members of the Chicago rap group Kidz in the Hall have thrown their weight behind a leading U.S. presidential candidate. Naledge and Double-O of Kidz in the Hall have reworked their song "Work to Do" to include lyrics of support for Democratic senator Barack Obama. Matt Marcus, president of Major League Entertainment, says that he sees a lot of similarities between Obama's vision for America and what his group represents. "Kidz In The Hall and Senator Obama both stand for hard work, focus, and honesty, while acting as advocates for those less fortunate," said Marcus. "We hope the song “Work To Do” can help spread the Barack Obama message."
