2007 BET Hip-Hop Awards - Winners

Monday October 15, 2007

While T.I.'s Atlanta home was being raided by feds, the 2007 BET Hip-Hop Awards was also going on in the magic city. There were few multiple-award winners this year, as the accolades were evenly distributed among nominees. Kanye West and Common topped with two wins each. It's worth noting that when 'Ye was called on to accept his "Best Hip-Hop Video" for "Stronger," the Chi-town MC known for complaining at award shows, passed off the gong to UGK and OutKast, saying that "International Players" should have won. "I didn't deserve this award above them. They do instead of me," said Mr. West. Big Boi of OutKast returned the award to West, saying, "You worked too hard for this. No, you deserve it." Way to make the headlines, 'Ye.

The awards will be aired on Wednesday, October 17th at 8:00 pm ET/PT. For now, take a look at the list of winners from the 2007 BET Hip-Hop Awards.

well, outta the nominees for tht award i think fifty did deserve it the most, especially for how he got those unreleased cars to appear in his lame amusement park video, and got payed a lot for it, and also not to mention that vitamin water deal. but to tell you the truth, no rapper is a hustler, that’s just some stupid award for a stupid award show on a stupid channel (BET) business man of the year would make more sense to me
