Nas' Greatest Hits Tracklist
Tuesday October 2, 2007
We now know what Nas' Greatest Hits CD will look like. I'm absolutely puzzled to see that Columbia Records decided to include the infamous "Oochie Wally," even though I only suggested it as a joke. Many of you hardcore Nas fans will be disappointed to see which songs were left out of the compilation. Check out the full tracklist for Nas' Greatest Hits to find out if your favorites made the cut.

NOOOOOOOO, y oochie wally? that track kjs garbage! WHERE IS “The World Is Yours”}!!! thts not only nas’ best best so0ng ever, but one of the best of all time! nd where’s “just a Moment” they should have put more tracks than 12. i mean “Hate Me Now” “Oochie Wally” should have DEFINENTLY not been on there, even if there’s other tracks they should take off, thosre r the worst. while “The World Is Yours” “Just A Moment” “Thief’s Theme” and “Dance” are way better than some tracks on there? nd why did they make it only 12 old tracks?
If i would make a Nas’ Greatest Hits List, nd i had to put the new tracks, it would look more like this
1)Less Than An Hour
2) Untitled Track
3)NY State Of Mind
4)One Mic
5)If I Ruled The World
6)Nas Is…
7)The World Is Yours
8)Ether
9)Heaven
10)It Ain’t Hard To Tell
11)Bridging The Gap
12)Can’t Forget About You
13)One Love
14)Just A Moment
15)Dance
16)Rewind
17)Life’s A B***h
18)I Gave You Power
19)Memory Lane
If i had o choose 12 of those tracks.. (ima try not to make an almost exact copy of illmatic… lol)

A NOW WE COM’IN WIT SOME REAL HIP HOP!!!!! A IMA GET THAT SOON AS IT COME OUT.
could ave been worse….hate me now shouldnt have been on there or bridgin the gap even…nd wers nas is like and it was written should have had more tracks nd wers it aint hard to tell>???
wel cosiderin every1 has nearly all dese tracks i cant see it gettin any1 too excited!!!
those look like just the singles he put out. they should atleast put up hip hop is dead tracks and take out ouchie wally, hate me now wasnt that good lyrically buh it sounded nice when u hear it, an aiight track to bump to
What’s up with the hating on “hate me now”? it’s a commercial success and also has high aesthetic quality for real. But oochie wally is too much.
Let’s not forget it is greatest HITS and not greatest songs but if it were greatest songs it should have included The World Is Yours, The Message, and Get Down. Also, i don’t understand how they only put 12 tracks on when Nas has had 8 albums already in his career. I think that they coulda represented his career a lot better than they are going to do on The Greatest Hits cd. By the way, i like nas, but i don’t understand y anyone wud buy a greatest hits cd when they could just put these songs into a play list on itunes and burn it to a cd themselves if they wanted.
Hate Me Now definitely belongs on this album. It was both a commercial hit and a street anthem, a highlight in his career.
yeah i geuss so, if it’s his greatest hits, then he should put his greatest hits…. not greatest songs… i gess, man i wuz really looking forward to buying this album… now i dunno i might, hope that new track he’s making is good though
HALFTIME !!!Shoot Em Up!! NY State Of MIND!!! this is nutz how some of his greatest songs dont make it. unless he’s goin for some huge greatest hits cd later in his career. w.e its still ill
lil wayne and nas is brothers, dude!! Nas is from New Orleans.
where the hell is “what goes around” i love that song..and ouchie wally..dang..
nas from new orleans? get real hahaha Its like saying im from outta mongolia. Bro Nas doesnt need a greatest hits album, he needed to spend more time with hip hop is dead, he couldda made that a much better album if he spent more time on it because to be honest, i wasnt too impressed with it and thats saying something…
nas is for real and he speaks da truth bout real life so dont dis em
ya heard
This is columbia tryin to make dollars off nas songs now that he is gone. Thats why there will not be any hip hop is dead tracks. They put out the hits because they know that they sell more mainstream. Columbia’s just trying to capitalize on Nas new album hype now that hes with Def
wow thats pretty lame.
come on now i can think of 12 way better tracks off the top of my head without even looking through his albums
1.)cee-lo
2.)untitled
3.) NY State of Mind
4.) Life’s A Bitch
5.) The Message
6.) If I Ruled The World
7.) I Gave You Power

Stop hating on Nas you fagggots.
Cathal you dumb kunt it aint hard to tell is IN THE ALBUM.
yo they should just put every illmatic track on it and all of the remixes off of the illmatic platinum edition, there his best songs easily
how can they not put hip hop is dead on his greatest hits cd?
