Nas' Greatest Hits Tracklist

Tuesday October 2, 2007
We now know what Nas' Greatest Hits CD will look like. I'm absolutely puzzled to see that Columbia Records decided to include the infamous "Oochie Wally," even though I only suggested it as a joke. Many of you hardcore Nas fans will be disappointed to see which songs were left out of the compilation. Check out the full tracklist for Nas' Greatest Hits to find out if your favorites made the cut.

NOOOOOOOO, y oochie wally? that track kjs garbage! WHERE IS “The World Is Yours”}!!! thts not only nas’ best best so0ng ever, but one of the best of all time! nd where’s “just a Moment” they should have put more tracks than 12. i mean “Hate Me Now” “Oochie Wally” should have DEFINENTLY not been on there, even if there’s other tracks they should take off, thosre r the worst. while “The World Is Yours” “Just A Moment” “Thief’s Theme” and “Dance” are way better than some tracks on there? nd why did they make it only 12 old tracks?

(6) 6th Sense says:

What’s up with the hating on “hate me now”? it’s a commercial success and also has high aesthetic quality for real. But oochie wally is too much.

(7) Jamal says:

Let’s not forget it is greatest HITS and not greatest songs but if it were greatest songs it should have included The World Is Yours, The Message, and Get Down. Also, i don’t understand how they only put 12 tracks on when Nas has had 8 albums already in his career. I think that they coulda represented his career a lot better than they are going to do on The Greatest Hits cd. By the way, i like nas, but i don’t understand y anyone wud buy a greatest hits cd when they could just put these songs into a play list on itunes and burn it to a cd themselves if they wanted.

(8) Henry says:

Hate Me Now definitely belongs on this album. It was both a commercial hit and a street anthem, a highlight in his career.

(9) Shiban says:

This is columbia tryin to make dollars off nas songs now that he is gone. Thats why there will not be any hip hop is dead tracks. They put out the hits because they know that they sell more mainstream. Columbia’s just trying to capitalize on Nas new album hype now that hes with Def
