Most people missed an interesting exchange between Jay-Z and The Game during the latter's onstage performance of "One Blood" at the 2006 BET Hip-Hop Awards. Eager to dispel rumors that he had been hauling thin-veiled subliminals at Hov, Game slightly altered the beginning of verse II of that song to say "I ain't got beef with 50/Peace to Jay," while pointing at Jay-Z. Instead of acknowledging the shout-out, Jay responded with a blank, expressionless stare. Maybe he knew something we didn't.
Just last night, "My B***h", a previously unreleased track from Doctor's Advocate (supposedly produced by Dr. Dre) found its way onto the Internet. In it, Game explicitly swipes at 50 Cent, Jay-Z, and Suge Knight.

I think Game finally realizes that he is reppin an entire coast. His balls dropped and he called out some heavy hitters and held his own doing it. The Game is stepping up to the hype and talent that has been surrounding him all along. Plus he’s got the best producer ever to touch a master board in his corner. Hands down best diss song since Hit Em Up.

This song was apparently made at the time that the “i declare war” concert by the rocafella products was going to go down but instead the claimed peace.
