Kanye's Mom Preps Tell-all Book for Mother's Day
Kanye West's mom, Dr. Donda West, is working on a book titled Raising Kanye. As you can guess from the title, the book documents Kanye's childhood and Donda's challenges as a single, hard-working mother.
Dr. West confirmed the reports to the Chicago Sun-Times recently. "Folks kept asking me why don't I write a book, and Simon and Schuster approached me about writing one."
She took the offer and brought best-selling author Karen Hunter on board for the project. "I always planned to write a book, since I've taught English all of my adult life, but I didn't know it would be about my son."Donda West was in charge of the English Department at Chicago State University before retiring to become Kanye's manager. She added that her son encouraged her to write the book. Raising Kanye is expected to be in stores on Mother's Day.
Eminem's mom is probably shopping for a book deal right now.

Kim Bassingers writing about book? Kidding.
I wonder if Kayne’s mother will reveal any dark secrets about her son, I highly doubt it, but I will most likely pick up a copy either way to be sure.
Dear Donda,
While reading the paper this morning, I happened to glance at a small photo of a guy I thought I recognized. Reading on, I discovered that it was your ‘one and only.’ I remember Kanye as an insecure, fiesty kid with an addiction to ‘Fruit Loops.’ He seems now to be fixated on more exotic fare and to have overcome his insecurity. I recall your using rap to teach English accent patterns to Chinese. And those folks intrusive curiosity about curly hair. I see that all is going well with you and Kanye, but send along my best wishes anyway. Good luck with doing up the book. If you see Kanye, tell him he owes me a box of ‘Fruit Loops.’
