25 Worst Rap Lyrics of All Time

Sunday December 3, 2006
It's probably the only time you'll ever see Jay-Z and J-Kwon on the same list. From mathematical misfires to 'oral fixations' with Bill Clinton, these lyrics will make your ears and eyes hurt so much that even Timbaland would start wondering why you're "talking with your eyes closed." Without further ado, I present to you the 25 worst rap lyrics of all time.

(1) Illmatic620 says:

If defense of foxy brown i think either Cormega or Nas two lyrical geniuses in their own right wrote that terrible lyric.

June 22, 2006 at 4:55 pm
(2) Illmatic620 says:

“Got a Bill in my mouth like I’m Hilary Rodham.”

Yo… i think this is clever he name is Hilary Rodham Clinton incase u didnt know that was her middle name… or are you talking about the mental image it gives u lol

June 22, 2006 at 5:40 pm
(3) Henry says:

With all the hoopla about her potential presidential candidacy, I’m guessing everyone knows who Hilary Rodham Clinton is by now. There are just too many things wrong with that rhyme:
1)It’s not the most creative Bill Clinton punchline.
2)Alluding to that ‘oral sex’ incident is so 90’s;
3)It would have still sounded weak if he had replaced ‘Hilary Rodham’ with ‘Monica Lewinsky’.
4)Or maybe I missed the point entirely. “I got a Bill in my mouth…?” I don’t know…I’m done thinking about this.

June 22, 2006 at 5:42 pm
(4) Henry says:

And oh yeah, Nas wrote that rhyme for Foxxy. Too bad she didn’t double check her lyrics.

June 22, 2006 at 5:42 pm
(5) Illmatic620 says:

On 2nd thought i have to totally agree with you i sort of ignored the bill in my mouth sh*t lol.. don’t blame me I got a fever right now lol

“do the 25 worst songs of all time. Eminem’s ‘Fack’ should be number 1.”

Actually, that’s an idea I’ve been messing with for a minute. “Fack” will definitely be on there. Feel free to send me more song suggestions if you want(rap.guide@about.com).

Y’all niggaz is scared, I’m your worst nightmare squared
Canibus and common:
That’s double for niggaz who ain’t mathematically aware

imagine talkin about stuff they dont even know math lol the song’s still dope tho

December 16, 2006 at 7:41 pm
(19) MPD says:

Ya sayin “Goin Down” was possibly the worst song in 2006 when it actually got voted as the best song of 06, therefore the line must have made perfect sense.

Greg “put that Common and Canibus lyric:
Y’all niggaz is scared, I’m your worst nightmare squared
Canibus and common:
That’s double for niggaz who ain’t mathematically aware

imagine talkin about stuff they dont even know math”

Your the only one who doesn’t know math here. That lyric is mathematically correct.

February 28, 2007 at 9:39 pm
(26) Young Lil LIC says:

and btw JD, squaring a number means you multiply that number by itself. Doubling means multiplying by 2.

March 9, 2007 at 12:16 am

(29) beze says:

Y’all niggaz is scared, I’m your worst nightmare squared
Canibus and common:
That’s double for niggaz who ain’t mathematically aware

imagine talkin about stuff they dont even know math”

March 24, 2007 at 5:34 pm
(30) Walter says:

JD is right, idiots…Canibus says he is terror squared, and he is saying that Common is terror squared also, so that means double the squared terror

April 15, 2007 at 11:11 pm
(31) GENIUS says:

HE PUTS HIS MONEY WHERE HIS MOUTH IS???? ANYONE EVER THINK OF THAT, THERE IS SUCH A THING AS DOUBLE MEANINGS

April 19, 2007 at 3:00 pm
(32) Seun says:

About that Canibus song:

There are two emcees, canibus and Common. 2 squared is 4 and 2 times 2 is 4 both of which are twice that of 2. so in this particular instance they were correct…i think that’s what they were trying to get at.

June 10, 2007 at 9:13 am
(34) Stephen says:

The Foxy line is confusing cause she’s talking about the grams of coke, and then switches to talk about profit. The math actually makes sense if you understand what she’s talking about.

June 10, 2007 at 9:17 am
(35) Stephen says:

Damn and another thing…
“I can double my density from three-sixty degrees to seven-twenty instantly.”

He’s talking about from 2*180 = 360
to 4*180 = 720.

Jesus, it would help to actually think through lyrics.

June 14, 2007 at 3:17 am
(36) jonathan says:

hey stepen in response to your comment

” Damn and another thing…
“I can double my density from three-sixty degrees to seven-twenty instantly.”

He’s talking about from 2*180 = 360
to 4*180 = 720.

Jesus, it would help to actually think through lyrics. ”

maybe it would help you to read through the lyrics and also read the comment which Henry wrote underneath it, where its obvious his talking about the unit used for measurement, and not the math itself. because DENSITY is not measured in degrees, idiot

September 3, 2007 at 12:04 am
(39) Number 39 says:

Sorry but I literally posted this just to say that I have never seen so many stupid people anywhere except for in a half-house. Even then, those people can’t do anything about their condition. Falsely correcting a mathematical error and making tons of conscious spelling and grammatical errors… oh my. It’s America’s fault for banning drugs and putting warning labels on everything…

February 1, 2008 at 8:07 pm
(40) Mar says:

OMG. LFO does NOT count as rap. Why the hell were they even mentioned?

May 14, 2008 at 4:18 pm
(41) J says:

That Ali G lyric was not bad, he has a bill in his mouth cuz he has his grill on which cost money. It’s actually a good pun and definitely not deserving of being on here. Secondly, I’m pretty sure Ja Rul misspelled “murder” on one of his songs, pretty sad

May 14, 2008 at 4:19 pm
(42) J says:

Ja Rule*

June 17, 2008 at 5:01 pm
(43) Militant says:

16.”Hood n***a from Bankhead, I stay by Grandma Nana I lay by my banana, dumpin’ and punkin’ monkeys.”

That line actually made sense, it’s slang. It basicly means he stays with his gun and shoots people.

November 29, 2008 at 12:35 am
(44) santanna says:

this really needs to make the list

I’m a star, look in the sky, you need a microscope….

from the song why by the da band…diddys group

[Fredrick]
You thinkin’ lifes a joke, I’ll slice your throat
Oh you a thug, you about to get yo’ rights revoked
I’m from the Dirty, we don’t even know the price of soap
I’m a star, look in the sky, you need a microscope
I’m way ahead of the game, thuggin’ runs in my veins
My pockets chubby, so I went and got a gun in my name
Its just me, him and my blunt in the Range
A young nigga with the filty slang
Ha ha, I hop out like a Jack In The Box
With three macks and a glock
I’m askin’ for nothin’, I’m snatchin’ my props
I’m gettin’ money while I’m laughin’ at cops
It ain’t ya lad, I ain’t bad
It’s the Devil, why don’t you tell’em to stop

February 9, 2009 at 12:12 am
(45) mad person says:

“I watch my back when I’m walkin, I watch my mouth when I’m talking. My glock cocked when I’m crawling.”
Mike Jones (”Scandalous H**s”)

he means he cant walk around without having to worry for his safety and he cant speak freely because hell probly get shot then too.

u make me mad

February 24, 2009 at 7:44 am
(46) mister bairyhalls says:

ma balls a dynamite
make lates edition o cum
i know u know dat too
its n the way u catch while its hot
limited edition baby swallow’t fas
actin like miss magnificent
wit ma dic in yo hand
u can neva be ma mistress baby
coz while ‘m relaxing wit every stroke
be gentle like i went to skul fo this
wit a drink in ma hand
n smile on ma face…..

June 18, 2009 at 8:32 pm
(47) Mercedes Lewis says:

I would like to put to rest the Cannibus and Common lyric is very incorrect. Squared is not double double is multiplying by 2 squarted on the other hand is multiplying by the number itself such as 6×6 so before you try to put someone in their place. LEARN MATH
