CD Review: Snoop Dogg - Tha Blue Carpet Treatment
Monday November 20, 2006
Tha Blue Carpet Treatment, Snoop's follow-up to 2004's R&G: Rhythm & Gangsta, has been lauded by many as a return to lyrical excellence. But before you run to the store and cop five copies, roll out the Blue Carpet and walk with About R&B Guide Mark Edward Nero as he digs into S-N-Double O P's latest effort.

Thanks! Good review. You’d think after 3 years, Jay would come harder than that…
BTW, also mostly agree on Snoop’s album. I’d love it if it weren’t so damn long… I just don’t have the patience to get through it in one sitting.
^Thanks. You’re right, Snoop’s album is too exhaustive. Other than that, it’s a solid effort.
Haven’t heard this album but i’m highly considering buying it. Is it Snoop’s best since Doggystyle ?
^It’s a very good album. The only problem here is that it’s too exhaustive. 22 songs, no less. It’s his best album since Tha Last Meal.
