Rev Run's Newborn Daughter Dies

From TMZ comes this hefty news of the death of Rev Run's daughter. The Run-DMC rapper's newborn girl was pronounced dead at Valley Hospital in Ridgewood New Jersey on Tuesday (September 26th). The child, reportedly delivered through c-section, was said to have been born with organs outside the body.
Run and his family sparked some interest when they announced his wife Justine's pregnancy on their MTV reality show, "Run's House," last season. Fans have since followed the pregnancy keenly, and according to reports, MTV cameras were inside the hospital at the time of the birth. It must be very difficult to deal with such a loss while cameras are rolling. Our condolences go out to the entire Simmons family. (Source: TMZ.com)

This is horrific news. How does a baby get born with it’s organs outside the body? Is that even common?
I just hope this very public family gets a chance at some privacy to morn this tragedy.
My prayers go out to Reverend Run, his wife and their entire family. This is a tragedy and I too hope that the family will be able to grieve in private.
Rev Run know and I know that God is all knowing and never make a mistake. If a person don’t live but 5 hours they have live dthere fullest of life.

I just want to say thay what doesn’t kill us will only make us stronger. And, there is a GOD and he has plan for everyone of us, I know this is a hard time for the Simmons family, but from watching the show every week, they are a strong family and will stand by each other in this time of morning. My prayers go out to the Simmons family!!!!
Four months ago My wife gave birth to our third child, he was 7 weeks premature and it was very trying for us, but he is very healthy now thank God. My prays and thoughts go out to him and his family and they can find some understanding in this.
I was very saddened to hear the news. My kids and I watched the show all the time. It was obvious how excited Justine was about the baby. May the comfort of your family help you through this unbearable time. Don’t give up on hope and your faith.
The only comfort to be found in this tragedy is the strength of this Family. I am deeply saddened by the news of their baby girls untimely death. I am confident they will be able to maintain the grace they are known for. My thoughts are with each of them.
My prayer goes out to the family.I pray that you will have peace. I want to share some advice I was given. Grief has many faces(sadness,anger,denile etc),allow yourself to go through each emotion because if you don’t it will make the process last much longer. Justine, this is not your fault!! Men grieve in their own way. Remeber that when it seems like he does not care. This is not a time to be strong or brave for anyone. Your children will be alright, they will greive even if you are strong. Run,sometimes just listening or a shoulder to cry on is all your wife may need you to do.Your wife’s hormones are going to have difficulty adjusting because the loss came so close to your daughter’s birth.Don’t let satan use this difficult time to tear your family apart.Often couples have a lot of difficulty after the death of a child.This is not a time for pride, professional grief counseling helps.
I watch this show faithfully, and i was so looking forward too the baby being born. I am so sad for there family. I wish them the best

So So Sad. I saw the previews for that show and they had to tell there other children that the baby didnt make it.
I couldn’t help it, I cried like that was my baby. I have a 7 month old and i could not imagine him not being in my life. If you have 1 child or 10 kids and you lose one, a part of you is lost too. To carry a living thing for 40 weeks, and then give birth, and your baby does not go home with you. That is the worst feeling in the world and i pray for all mothers that have to go thru that…. She was an angel, and GOD needed her back home. The simmons’ Loved her but god loved her best…
I just want to wish the family the best and to take it one day at a time..I lost my 3rd son Last June 14th..He was stillborn due to knots in the umbilical cord and when he dropped they tightned. It has been very hard for my family, but God had a reason for taking My Angel Carter, I found out 3 months later I was pregnant again and this time its a girl..God knew we needed a little princess in our family. I broke down and cried so hard watching the episode. God Bless

i feel really bad because if that if that was my child i would be very upset.
i just want to say some time thing happen and you may not know why it does but we have to remmeber that god alwasys has an answer to why it happen we just have to have faith in him and remmeber that lovely baby girl is in a better place in the hand of the lord. from a big fan of the show with love.

I recently started watching the show, so I was unaware ao your lose. My heart goes out to your family. Your courage is a beautiful connection amongst all of you from the youngest to the parents. God has BLESSED you all with beautiful Miss Miley enjoy her. Victoria has moved on to be with our Lord, her work here is done wether it was big or small. You have raised wonderful childern. The gift of another child is the blessing of God. Thank God for all you have learned from the passing of Victoria in your journey through her little life you may be able to minister to someone else who suffered a similar lose and cant handle it. iwant to say iam truly sorry for your loss i have 4 children of my own and know as a mother this is the hardest thing to handle just renenber god loves you and my husband is crazy about rev he trues to act and father just like him god bless you all
I lost 5 babies and I even accused my fiance of not caring so when the poster said men grieve in different ways they are right. My heart goes out to the whole family. I could not bear getting to know them first. I am way behind in watching episodes but could not stop watching last night when you brought a new baby home. I know you will be great parents.
