that is the gayest cover i have ever seen. it doesnt even go with the title “food and liquer”? i can just see the thugs linen up to buy this. I like his music but the cover is dumb

lupe’s cover looks like some sci fi outer space thing. Got to admit, it has lost a lot of its appeal. But i’m really looking forward to nicolay’s album ‘here’. ‘Connected’ with phonte was already really good but i reckon he’s gonna take this album to a whole new level.
I don’t think Lupe would say that he makes music for thugs. Anyhow, I don’t see what the big deal is with the album cover. At the end of the day, we’re really buying the music not the cover. Though, it wouldn’t hurt to have all the creative aspects in order.

Personally I liked the cover. It’s something new, not a gat & a big dope sack. Nobody else has done it, and it displays his personality, and things he likes. So why not?
