Top 10 Rap Albums for August 5th, 2006

Bad news. This week's sales report finds hip-hop in a serious slump. But, it's not just the rap/hip-hop genre that's experiencing a slow season, the record industry as a whole delved into its worst drought since 1994, when a meager 8,853,000 discs were moved. This week's overall numbers stand at 8,908,000, with Texas rapper Pimp C contributing 32,363 of those.
