Snoop Dogg Banned From the U.K., DMX Arrested In London

Wednesday May 17, 2006
I was impressed to see Snoop Dogg accept responsibility for the London airport brawl that occurred back in April. So, imagine my surprise when I learned that the Dogg Father has now been banned from the U.K. for life. Yup, you read that right. Snoop is no longer allowed entrance into the U.K. ever. As a result, Snoop stands to lose millions of dollars in performance fees.

Ironically, Snoop Dogg is not the only artist that has stepped on the wrong side of the tracks in London. New York vet DMX was recently arrested at London's Heathrow airport for verbally abusing the cabin crew. X refused to put on his seatbelt as the plane began to make its final descent. DMX was arrested after the plane landed, and later released with a caution. Stay tuned to this page to find out if DMX will join Snoop Dogg in receiving a permanent ban from the U.K. Then, it'll become appropriate for both rappers to record a collabo entitled "Banned From the U.K."

That’s too bad. Such an ego. It was a private club he tried to get into. If he would have applied for membership previously, he would have been welcomed. You can’t just show up and say “let me and all of my rowdy buddies in. Don’t you know who I am?!!”

Now he’ll have to eat humble pie. He really should apologize too.

this person known as snoop dogg is a menace to black society. it’s a shame that he is allowed to record his scatological excremental verbal trash. he in no way represents the majority of blacks in america. i voice sincerely that his type of counter productive rap should be banned by all american (and global) radio stations. he is pure poison.

i would be a shame for a person to think that they were better than another individual and call that man “poison.” You “Ang” are probably jealous and mad you never had it rough in life so you could have a form of greatness about yourself. On the opposite side he probably never wanted alot of things happen to him that did. I just hope you remove the glass from your own eye before you stab anyone else in theirs. Let that man live his own life and you just take those snoop albums out your kids rooms, and quit staying up late to watch him so much and you won’t have to worry about being turned on so much by him to hate him. LMAO

(6) UK says:

If a normal person acted like that in a UK airport they would have got locked up. Snoop Dogg maybe a big deal in the rap world but you don’t go to a country and disrespect it like that. He walked around like he owned the UK, well, turns it he didn’t I’m glad he’s banned and he’s lucky he didn’t get worse. No hate for Snoop, like his music, but show some respect next time you’re in a foreign land and it will show you some back.
